When deleting a crew member that has been assigned, bad things happen.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create at lease 2 characters
2. Go to crew assignment and assign the roles to one character
3. Go to Personnel and delete the character that you assigned the roles
4. Go back to crew assignment and try to assign crew members
Will not be able to assign crew members to roles
