I wouldn't let the ship's console cursor hover over the spaces with no text, would make for easier navigation of the menu, especially since the bottom option should always be bridge.

Good idea - I'll fix that eventually. :-)

Just fixed this. You can no longer move the command cursor into rows with no commands.
