So Happy First Post New Here
#1
I am so happy to see that there are new Star Flight games coming.  I am a Sr Programmer and offer any kind of help I can too this project. I have even considered creating a new game myself that was similar to this.  I Loved the fact when you first started you didn't realize the paper map was a real map.

I have unity installed but was starting my game making with Godot.

I wanted to combine Star Flight with some of the ideas from Sentinel Worlds I: Future Magic.  The chance to fight on planets in buildings and find weapons.

I am 55 years old... I say I am an Old Gamer but in this group probably not.  I also have wanted to make an updated version of the old BBS Trade Wars Game but adding this concept to the Star Flight game.

I am a Sr Web Programmer in ColdFusion but I have wanted to learn game programming so I would help anyway I can for free.  I just love the fact the game is being made.

Howdy All,
BigNateSr

55 years old is only about 10 years older than I am. :-)

I do remember the Trade Wars BBS game. I ran a BBS myself long ago around the early 1990's.

You can get your feet wet just by grabbing all of the code and data from Github and loading it into Unity and running the game in Unity. Then you can start playing around with the code to add stuff. If you want to contribute some code, you can fork the project on Github and then make pull requests to me.
