So when you travel to a new star, you get the opportunity to name it, and that name shows up on the starmap. I’ve been thinking of having “mods” for the Starflight remake where things like this would go – you would switch the mod feature on if you wanted it. Leaving all of the mod features off would make the game run with original features. Can you do me a favor? Can you go to the community forum (link is in the menu bar) and post this request under the general discussion group – there are a lot of other feature requests in there as well. At the right time in the future, I will be going back to this forum and getting the feature list from there.

Maybe even have an autopilot to the star after you navigator gains enough experience/training to program the autopilot better.

I know you have your vision of this project. I wish I had the talent for it. I keep thinking of all the things that would have been great in the original game without losing the spirit of the game. Thanks for your hard work.
