Today I started work on the character modeling for the Spemin.\u00a0 The Spemin is the next race that I will build the comm system for.\u00a0 I started out by modeling out three hemispheres, boolean’ed them together, decimated the mesh to make it rough, then applied the meshsmooth modifier, and optimized the mesh.\u00a0 I pretty much have the character itself all complete, blob and all.\u00a0 Next, I need to create the interior of their ship to use for the background.\u00a0 It’ll probably be some kind of organic mess dripping green goo…<\/p>\n
